The Challenge
A financial institution sought to convert online credit card inquiries into active cardholders.
Challenges included fluctuating lead volumes, obtaining high contact rates, performing real-time credit evaluations, affordability checks and document collection, while complying with banking regulations.
The Solution
MSA implemented an API integration with the credit bureau for real-time credit evaluations and instant credit limit calculations. Trained agents engaged warm leads, guided them through the application process and addressed objections. A dedicated document collection team with outcome-based pay was introduced, alongside real-time reporting.
The Outcome
The campaign launched in three weeks, exceeding expectations. With an 80% contact ratio and 23% sales-to-lead conversion, the campaign boosted our clients portfolio.
70% of documents were collected and 90% of issued cards were activated within 30 days,
contributing to strong customer retention and increased lending payouts.
